Sirota overprescribes drugs with very little knowledge of side effects and withdrawal. I went through the worst time of my life because of the "Doctor" and he kept on wanting to prescribe more and different drugs that almost destroyed my life. I had also been warned by another Dr. to stay away from him. His office is depressing looking and I usually came out feeling worse. He even looks like a mad scientist.

Dr Sirota quickly assisted me in a crisis and helped our family start the process that saved the life of a family member.

I was looking for a Psychiatrist for my wife on my insurer's website. The site stated that Dr. Milton Sirota of 80 Wall Street, NY, NY 10005 was accepting new patients. When my wife phoned them to set up an appointment they were RUDE, unhelpful and just downright awful to her.

Finally, when she asked whether they had anyone else they could refer her to, they stated that they couldn't do that because the Insurance company would not allow that. Is that true? I would think that if one reaches out to a psychiatrist, they would attempt to help as much as possible. They simply told her to go to a hospital. WTF?

He should be removed from directory listings!
