Dr. Robotti is a very rude un compassionnate woman. She usually makes you wait two to three hours to be seen and then it's for a few minutes. She doesn't remember what medications your on and uses her cell phone as her computer. Terrible psychiatrist.

Please don't waste your time. I've waited over 2 hours for every appointment and when I asked for her first appointment on the next visit I was given a card and a 1:30 appointment time. When I showed up there were already 4 people ahead of me and they told me she never even shows up until the earliest 3:00. She didn't show up until 3:45 and I wasn't seen until 4:30. When I told her I was unhappy and she was unprofessional she told me to find another doctor. I spoke with many of her patients in the waiting room that day and everyone is unhappy with her. You're barely in her office for 5 minutes while she types on her computer and writes out your script. I have been on the same medication for 2 years and she will not give refills. Obviously she is greedy and wants your money once a month rather than caring about your well being. Please, please don't waste your time.

I highly recommend NOT seeing this doctor. She misinterpreted almost everything I said and when I would repeat/correct her she became agitated with me.

For example, I told her about my history in regards to antidepressants. Two of which didn't work at all and in two others I had a severe adverse physical reaction. A few minutes later she said she didn't know how to help me since I refused to take medicine. I told her that was not the case and in fact why else would I have made an appointment with her and that I was there to see what other medicine she could recommend beyond what I had already tried because I didn't like feeling down all the time. She then changed the subject.

After two sessions, which lasted less than 10 minutes each, she stated my case was to "complicated" and she couldn't help me. And then she had the nervel to tell me to make another appointment in a month. As if.....
