They were absolutely wonderful and were the best I had been to. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled fine in there and looked immaculate. I was so happy to have gone to the appointment. It went even better than I hoped for! There's no question I would recommend this provider to anyone! The waiting room was a pleasure. It smelled and looked very clean. But most of all you made me feel like I was home. And gave me advice that I could never replace. it is truly a huge loss not to be able to find you again to treat me. I love you Dr Joachim

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
