My experience was far above average. I have been seeing physicians in this field for over 20years and BY FAR Dr Chepuru is the best choice I have ever made. He is thorough, he doesnt textbook treat you he actually comes up with a personalized strategy to suit the symptoms you have, you never feel rushed, if he is aware the situation needs his attention you can ALWAYS reach him. The follow up care is outstanding, you never have the feeling " that you have no one to turn to" and I highly recommend him.

He made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. . All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and Dr. Chepuru was by far the best I've ever seen.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I really didn't like that they didn't explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I had no idea what to expect, and I didn't feel informed enough to make a decision. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I wish they had displayed their credentials more prominently. I eventually saw them, but it always makes me feel more comfortable when I can notice a professional's credentials right away.
