She answered some questions but I needed more information. Their staff was friendly enough. Dr. Shepherd took half my history and I left without a diagnosis or a treatment plan. It was very expensive. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
