They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying .They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. Dr. Pearl Tam was rude and very unprofessional , she started to yell at me , because I had a question about my daughter 's allergy and I also asked her to fill out a form for my daughter's school. She just needed to give a diagnosis ,however it cause a big problem for her what to write , she ask me like 3 times what she should write on the paper ?!!! I am very angry and we will never go back to her.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

I was a former patient of Dr. Tam when I was 13. I visited Dr. Tam after a severe reaction to something I was allergic to to receive medication. I was given vague instructions on the medication, a foam type of ointment, and it was consumed rather quickly as I used it for my whole body. Not sure what to do without medication to sooth the reaction, I went back with my mother and it ended up with her scolding my mother for being cheap, and being a bad mother. I was shocked a woman like this still has patients. We were just asking questions on possible purchasing the medication over the counter.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Ive been sing Dr.Tam since I was around 8 or 9 for my asthma and allergies, i am now 22 and shes the best that there is in New york! She is Highly recommendable!
