Dr. Schwarzwald is a kind, knowledgeable cardiologist/internist he literally saved my life by noticing an abnormal Ekg finds ,I believe others had missed. I underwent a stress test which revealed a clogged artery which explained my inability to catch my breath at times. I also was very impressed by the staff at NYU Langone where I had a procedure to fix this blockage. Basically I highly recommend him.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
