I was thrilled to find a reliable Doctor in this city. Dr. Silver is kind and well versed in the medical world. His receptionist , Evelyn however is beyond rude and when I called in today, I couldn't finish my sentence without her very abruptly stating "HOLD FOR A MINUTE" THREE TIMES before I decided to hang up and look elsewhere. The two times I've visited in the past I've had a similar cold experience with the reception. I am now in search of an entire Doctors office that provides a good experience. It's simply not worth it if you can't even make an appointment.
