I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. I felt he was not interested in treating me properly. He barely spent two minutes with me and the last 3 visits thank God for a competent Nurse Practioner. Dr. Neufeld made no attempt to adjust my meds. Saw a new doctor in Buffalo, who taught me more about my cardiomyopathy, than Dr. Neufeld did in 6 years. She changed my meds and I feel so much better and also we have an appointment with an electrophysiologist..
I worry that Dr. Neufeld my not be treating his patients well and some may not know it. I hope no one loses their life staying with this Dr. Neufeld. He barely sees his patients and he depends on NPand PA. to see his patients. I was very disappointed with his care over 6 years and wasted time staying in his care, when my heart condition could have been treated more efficiently by my new doctor. He just should not be in practice. I hope he will be investigated before he hurts someone or if he has already.. Thank you. I give him no stars.
