They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility

They were decent, but not very affordable

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
