Dr. Hefter is a very smart doctor who takes time with each and every patient. He is a great diagnostician and you know you receiving great care with him. The staff is friendly and helpful and very accommodating.

Dr HEFTER IS THE BEST DERMATOLOGIST EVER USED BY ME AND MY FAMILY. HE IS LISTED AS ONE OF THE 10 BEST DOCTORS IN NY. VERY PERSONABLE AND LISTENS AND CARES VERY MUCH FOR HIS PATIENTS.

I have been using Dr. Hefter for 20 years and still recommending him to others. They all have been very happy with his expertise and will continue to use Dr. Hefter as well when needed. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to speak and get to know his patients. A few years ago I went to Dr. Hefter's office with my daughter. I was not the patient at this time. Dr. Hefter noticed on my arm a tiny little mark and asked me to make an appointment for myself. I did. He took a scraping and it showed Melonoma cells. I followed his recommendations and took care of it. It never reoccurred and I thank goodness for his proficiency in his field. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are always thoughtful, respectful, and considerate. Their advice is always appropriate and completely unbiased. They go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have excellent personnel that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I have never considered going to another dermatologist, even after seeing Dr. Hefter for many years. He always exhibits the highest professionalism and expertise. His treatment has always cured whatever problem was presented. Amazing but completely true.
