Dr. Glaser is a great physician and a pleasure to visit. He always gives thorough examinations and is always very warm and patient. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that I have a great experience.

I visited Dr. Glazer's office and after my visit I was informed by an employee that all I was responsible for was the deductible. I even asked the girl to make sure so that I don't later receive a higher bill. Soon after I got a bill for $126, at which point I called the office and a different employee said that they can't just do the deductible, but that they can cut the $126 in half (which they did not do). I have been trying to get information on this disaster for 3 weeks now and the staff was totally unresponsive and did not get back to me. I then receive a voicemail from an employee in billing named Mary, who was extremely rude and unprofessional and threatened to send me to collections and hung up on me. I will pay the $126 because the money is not the issue-it was the principle.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. All of my questions were answered. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I usually look for more in a doctor. I would recommend this doctor to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. You see a PA when you go, not hte actual doctor, but noone tells you that before you go.

The PA who treated me was friendly and explained what was going on quite well. Dr. Glaser has never been seen by me, or anyone else I've spoken to who went to this office. They don't perform laser surgery as advertised, they refer that out. The billing department is inept and the receptionists are quite rude. I've gone back to OTC treatments rather than return to this office.
