I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was quite impressed with how much progress I made after my visit. They really helped me a lot, and I feel more hopeful about my health. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Both Shirene and Susan Peterson were excellent!

I would refer my friends and family here. They were very nice and I think more people should know about them. They were polite and courteous. The office appointments and equipment looked new and well taken care of. I was put me at ease by Elizabeth who checked me in and went over the reason for my visit. Elizabeth was very good at explaining what I could expect and when Dr. Accetta came in my exam and treatments were thorough and I was provided with all the information I needed. I didn't wait long at all.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

My first visit to Orchard Park Dermatology was awesome! I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time! Try and find that at a Dr's office in today's society. All the staff were extremely pleasant, especially "Jennifer", their Med Assistant. I was amazed how clean their uniforms were and the examination room was cleaner than most ERs (emergency rooms), which I've seen a lot of in my law enforcement career. Dr. Accetta went the extra distance to understand my skin complaints and explained fully what his prescriptions were and also how to use them. Yes, I give his crew the 5 star rating even though the injections still hurt! I highly recommend Dr. Accetta!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Emily and Sheena were professional and courteous. I would recommend this office to everyone scheduling was easy and there was mmInimal wait time

I left feeling satisfied with how the visit went. Susan Peterson was helpful and I felt encouraged. She has always been very concerned about my medical problems and addresses all my questions with answers that I can understand. I have seen Susan for at least the last five years for various concerns and her medical advise is spot on. The outcome after treatment is exactly as she descibes. No surprises! The office was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I did experience some pain that but it wasn't too bad and it could not have been avoided. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
