The waiting room was a little uncomfortable because the receptionist was on the phone with patients telling them the status of results. We heard their last name as well as the results.

I also waited 30 minutes before being put in a room and then an hour in the room. I finally opened the door and asked the nurse if the wait is much longer and she said another 15-20 minutes. I told her I have already been waiting for an hour. Her response was that they usually tell patients that they can be in the office for two hours waiting.

They obviously do not know how to schedule.

Rude, arrogant and verbally abusive.....a disgrace to the medical profession...time to retire???? When staff was asked "why is he treating me like this/? Answer was "he is having a bad day and nothing you did" Drs need to remember that the patient hires them and pays them for care to help them get better, not for abusive tongue lashing for no reason...Drs are not above the rest of the world as some of them think they are...They are providers of a service, plain and simple that are hired and paid by people (patients) , No one deserves to be treated as this man treats people. You notice I do not even call him Dr as his actions do not meet the respect to be called that!
