My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The office was easy enough to find. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
