Overall, I think that Dr. Jocelyn Beane is a very thorough doctor. Any time something seems a little bit off, she has gone out of her way to ensure that it is looked into and that everything is going well. She's not particularly personable, however, but I think that's largely due to the fact the doctors all fill out some medical questionnaire, so it leaves the conversation pretty cut and dry.

My only real complaint is when I went in to see Dr. Jocelyn Beane for a pap smear. I'm a very private person and when I reacted when she basically ripped my clothes off, she teased me about it and made me feel really uncomfortable. In addition, she was quite rough during the exam which left me sore and bleeding for several days afterwards. I'll continue to see her as my regular doctor, but will NEVER go back for a pap smear with her.

1/2 star because that's the lowest I am permitted to give. I had been seen by this doctors office for 10 years. They have had the most helpful and pleasant staff., however the owner / facility manager (Dr. Beane) is the rudest person ever. I work out of town and also get called to work for weeks on end out of state. Over the past 10 years I have missed a total of 6 appointments due to being out of town for work. I received a letter stating that they would no longer see me as a patient because of this in January, so my wife called and spoke to the office, at which point they informed her that I was okay to be seen and should continue to schedule appointments with them. I had been seen from January through August regularly and when my wife called in August to get next appointment they told her that I needed to find another dr and they were not to see me anymore. They would not even provide me with a refill for my blood pressure medication. I would not recommend anyone to start being seen here. The staff is great, but they will stop seeing you at the drop of a hat. When the automated appointment reminder calls and your not there to answer they do not try back, and sometimes when you choose to cancel the appointment they don't cancel it and charge your insurance and you anyway!!! Horrible.

After being a lifetime patient of 25 years and missing one payment - they called me at work which got me in trouble there and after I told them they can't do that anymore - they turned my $400 account in to their collection agency.

Can never get in to see a real Doctor...on PAs.
