The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Office hours are decent and has two office locations, Forest Hills and Great Neck. Antiqued equipment and furniture from mostly late 1970's to mid 1980's. His PA also is his wife and a bit short tempered and doubles as a doctor when Dr. Feldman is unable to be there but is not a doctor!
The nursing staff, Keisha is great and wonderful disposition. His office staff, Lydia is a bit under-performing and the non-electronic recording keeping needs to be brought at the very least into the late 1990's or to the present both for his staff sakes and the patients.
Records are difficult to find when the patient file is over several years long.
Dr. Feldman has a nice attitude but become very curt and angry when you bring up other treatment options or other information that you want him to consider.
