Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I feel like that they are very accomodating. I usually get the appointment time I need. Dr. Timson is well qualified, and very knowledgeable. I've known Dr, Timson for a number of years and he is always upbeat and attentive to my needs. I rarely have to wait. He is usually on time with his appointments. Overall, I am very pleased with his practice.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have been going to Dr. Timson for 20 years. He is a fantastic diagnostician and I have total faith in him. I have sent many people to him.
