Dr. Teller knows how to listen. When I had pain that was difficult to figure out, he didn't give up and NEVER once suggested that it was in my head (unlike one of the specialists that I saw). He eventually figured out was wrong with me because he was willing to keep trying when the specialists weren't.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
