This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I was a patient of Dr Shapiro for several years.
He is always professorial, he listens to what I have to say.
He is a great Doctor. I'd say he goes above and beyond for his patients.
