The staff is not professional, airing their grievances for the waiting room to hear. People were complaining that they were waiting for hours to see the doctor and just get results, the staff seemed flustered and annoyed.They seem unorganized and I was told to walk in but waited for an hour and a half before seeing the doctor.

It seemed that he was more concerned about my personal life than my symptoms and if it werent an emergency, I probably wouldn't use him as my primary care physician. Perhaps its his way of making me comfortable, but I'm a private person and was taken aback by the personal questions not pertaining to my visit.

This place needed to be investigated ,I went there for a simple blood test ,first time there and will be the last ,six week past and still no result ,they took my money and every time I call there is an answering machine comes on ,you cant leave a message and when ever I go to the office the staff always say to come the next day the doctor is not there,here is there number 718 845 8900 call and see for your self ,I am sick,tired and frustrated of the run around this place is a fraud.

My initial visit to the office went fine, but I was treated by a woman (obviously not Dr. Baldeo in the picture). Although I paid my copay at the visit I continued to receive bills and had to call many times for it to be taken care of. Months later I was randomly scheduled for a visit and when I called to cancel the appointment since I did not need to go in, the lady on the phone rudely hung up on me without saying thank you or goodbye or anything. I called back to ask why this happened and the lady continued to be rude to me. Thanks to the horrible customer service, I will not be returning to Dr. Badeo's office. I recommend a better reception staff if you want repeat patients.

WORST CLINIC EVER, AVOID IT AT ALL COST. THE FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF IS RUDE AND THE WAIT WILL LAST LONGER THAN YOU BEING SICK.

I had one experience here and it would surely be my last, this is one of the worst medical clinics I've been to. And its all because of the staff. I made an appointment ahead of time to see the doctor because I was sick, experiencing back pain, fever, nausea, and fatigue. I filled out all of the paper work and sat in the waiting room. The receptionist disappeared and seemed busy. Although I was there at 11:30 A.M i had to wait for over half an hour to see the physician on staff.
I took some blood work and left, the physician told me to come in at the end of the week mind you the day that I took my blood work was on a Monday. I came in late on a Friday to get my results, I called the office notifying them that I was making time in my schedule to come out of work to come get my results. When I got there I waited for almost another hour to see the physician for her to tell me that she sent in my blood work and forget to tell the lab what kind of test to run..........an hour of waiting, in addition to aggravation I have no idea why the receptionist couldn't tell me that over the phone so that I didn't have to waste my time traveling all the way to Queens to get no results.
I was not mad instead I was told to be patient and to call back at the end of another whole week, so I waited and called back. The physician on staff tried pulling up my file and said that they had filed me under a wrong insurance plan and the paper work was messed up because someone didn't put down the right insurance carrier for me and I might be charged FULL PRICE. She was very unprofessional and used the word "this shit pisses me off" over the phone. Imagine how I was feeling at this point!
I was placed on hold for almost an hour, while I was at work, and so I decided to hang up and call back. As soon as I called back she had seemed to have forgotten that she had put my call on hold and then proceeded to pull up my blood work, and then she stated to me that it was not in the system to wait another week. Almost three weeks and no results on my blood work. If i was dreadfully sick with some thing a virus or whatever it may have been this doctors office would have never notified me.
I am so extremely angry and hope to report this to some higher authoritarian figure in the medical field. Just because its a Richmond Hill practice does not mean that I should get less of a quality care, I've always had physicians in Manhattan and my blood work comes in within a weeks time. I've never played this Russian roulette over the phone. I feel that the quality of service and the staff is horrible. This place leaves me angry, stressed, and aggravated on top of being sick. I think most likely I would walk into the emergency room to get checked up because my symptoms are getting worst. It can also be from stress, but the physician on staff didn't even ask me what was bothering me or what i thought might have been wrong. This has to be on of the worst clinics I've ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
