Dr. St. Louis is the most caring physician there is! He takes the time and effort and the bedside manor is A1! His staff has a family touch. He was my doctor 15 years ago as that I moved out of state and returned to find him just as wonderful as I've known him. Very proud to call him my doctor and most importantly he knows his stuff!

I visited the doctor recently and was absolutely grateful the time and dedication the staff took with me. I urgently needed to see the doctor but turned out I had an issue with my insurance company. The receptionist was very pleasant and took the time to help me with the insurance company and I was able to see the doctor. Although it was not her responsibility to help me with it and had an office full of patients who needed to be seen she took the time to help me and I was able to see the doctor. Now a days people usually don't take the time to help people like my age who did not know how to handle my situation. Thank you for doing above and beyond your responsibility..

NEEDS NEW STAFF PERIOD! The women, secretaries, or whatever you want to call the are lazy and dont seem to to take their job seriously AT ALL!!!! They are either laughing amongst themselves, on their cell phones, which is UNPROFESSIONAL and as far as Im concerend breeching patient confidentiatly (I use to work for the state so I know this), or they are eating or goofing around on the computers on websites and such.Bad attitudes is an understatment. Ive addressed this with the doctors and still nothing has changed. In fact it seems to be getting worse. when you need paper work to get completed it either never ready when you think it will be or its misplaced or the staff cant tell you anything. People without appointement are seen before you! its like going to an an emergency room in the Bronx or something! Doctor Louis is nice but Im not sure if the wait is worth it. He defintlely needs more staff or NEW secretaries. From my understanding he speaks french and spanish so i guess for those that need that go! But if you can avoid it stay away from this place!

I had a great experience with this Doctor and is staff. The staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns. Even concerns that I hd not pertaining to my visit. The Doctor was very sympathetic and took his time with me. He did not rush at all and asked me all pertinent questions. I left feeling cared for. In fact Im bringing my mother in a few weeks!

The staff is very rude, and nonchalant. They will let you stand there to make an appointment after your visit until they've finished there personal conversations. The doctor is not professional at all. My last visit was for prescriptions, a day later by pharmacist called to advise that one prescription was missing, I called the office 4 times and got the run around so the Pharmacist called. That was on 1/15/15 it is now 2/4/15 and I still haven't heard anything nor has the prescription been submitted. The doctor will not give you any information regarding blood test outside of "they're ok". Will not explain anything at all.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
