I second David's opinion. Been taking my dad there for some GI issues and just the other day switched to Klapholz to make him my dad's PCP also. My dad's prior PCP rarely returned calls or fax messages; I felt like I always had to chase after him. Just a waste of time and very annoying. Klapholz is A+. He returns calls, explains issues well and his staff very supportive and efficient!
