Let me start by saying good luck trying to get an appt. they have the worst phone system thing ever. Also when I finally was able to get someone on the phone , she tells me he is booking 3 months ahead only. I think I have a major issue, but I am going to have to wait three months to figure it out. Then she says call your primary and get another referral, ok did that thank you, for saving me the time and probably my life. What an idiot. I suggest if you have a problem, and it can wait for months and months go there, if not seek somewhere else!

Terrible office. Would never go back again. I was working with Dr. Desai who was great but decided to go and teach. The last time I spoke to Dr. Desai he was calling me in a prescription and after I asked about a follow up appointment he said he will no longer be with the practice. Are you kidding me was he even going to tell me? Then I go to pick up the meds and it was $80! I was not going to pay $80. I called them to call in something else, i left a message with the service, they called back the next morning at 8:30 in the morning. I called back 15 minutes later and got the service again? They wouldn't patch me through to the office. I know like everyone else we work and their hours that "they pick up the phone" is unreal! I called back a few days later and they said oh yeah the manager tried to call you yesterday? I said really when? That call did not happen. So they were going to ask the doctor if they can switch the meds and the office manager said we cant switch it and told me to go back to the doctor who ordered the test. I said really? How am I suppose to do that when he no longer practices? Then she said I need to go to the person who ran the test, really? I never saw a doctor. They are all idiots!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
