I had to make an appointment just to get a refill on my prescription? With co-pays constantly rising, this is a waste of money.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
