They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I have never been bothered by foul language in this office. They always make an extra effort to be make me feel like I am valued and understood - both as their client and as a human being. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a small but ample staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They treat me like an intelligent person and don't talk down to me. I've been made to felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they don't show favoritism

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
