Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
