Dr. Heitzman is an exceptional doctor and has been professionally recognized as such. She actually takes time with all her patients, answering questions thoroughly, having intelligent, thoughtful discussion, and still manages to stay on time. It probably helps that her office does not overbook her appointments. She has an excellent nurse as well and everything runs very smoothly. I have been a patient there for many, many years and have always been satisfied. I can not say the same for other physicians I have visited. I admit, I am picking, but this is an excellent practice.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
