HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE , I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANY ONE . THE DOCTOR IS NEVER ON TIME , YOU WAIT MORE THEN AN HOUR , TO BE SEEN , THE MANAGER WITH HER RASPY VOICE IS HEARTLESS, SHE HANGS UP ON PATIENTS , I HEARD AND WITNESS HER BEING NASTY TO PATIENTS AS WELL AS OTHER STAFF, THE DOCTORS PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS COME AND GO EVERY YEAR LOL THERE IS A NEW ONE. WHO COULD TRUST THIS OFFICE AND THERE CARE IF THE STAFF DOESN'T EVEN STICK AROUND VERY LONG. HE IS DEFINETLY JEWISH HE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY , I GET BILLS OVER AND OVER FOR THINGS I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT DONE. AND THE BILLING PART OF THE OFFICE IS THE WORST. YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR BILLS CORRECTED HE IS A THIEF... HE SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. However, the staff is horrific, they do not respect your time or scheduled appointments. I have experienced times when they take the phone off the hook to avoid calls. Once you actually get into see Dr Goldstein, you will feel well treated.
