I had first Consultation visit with the doctor, scheduled at 3.10 pm, was told to come 10/15 minutes early to do paper work. I did arrive at 2.45, given the registeration paper work and gave it back to the front desk at 2.55. I was called to see doctor at 4.08. Doctor talked to me for a minute and took me to examainatin room, ordered the breathing test to be done by one of his assistant in the office, another 30 minutes waited in the room,after two inquiries about what is going on, they took me in, 2 mintue test was done, back in the office, waited another half an hour, doctor came, looked at the report and diagnosed..... and told me the medication he is putting me on. He really did not explain the situation or if any side effects of the medication, how medication is going to help etc. I did ask him questions which he did answer. I think Doctor is knowledgable, but the staff was nasty with an attitude. The height of the staff behavior was that they have another place to pay your copayment or deductible, no body directed where to go, finally I was at Check out(that is what they call), lady took my check, did not give me any receipt and gave me wrong prescription. I am glad I checked in time, gave her back wrong prescription and asked her for the right name, right prescription. She did not even say sorry.
