They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

Too stressful for an ill patient to deal with.
