I saw him for the first time after referred by another doctor, and I'm very satisfied with him. I had a lot of concerns being a sexually active gay man, and had a lot of embarrassing issues to talk about. He made me feel comfortable to discuss all the concerns and questions that I had, and he didn't seem to be judgemental at all, which is very important to me. Being a gay man, finding an LGBT friendly docor was hard, and even if I find the ones that I wanted to see, most of them didn't accept new patients. I'm so glad that I have met him, and plan to go to him with confidence in the future without doctor shopping. His office is typically NYC (meaning not very impressive), but such things aren't important if the doctor is good, right? The receptionist could use more smiling, but that applies to everyone in NYC.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
