They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I didn't go for the entertainment.
