I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.

Dr. Robert Romanoff is very rude and unhelpful. I have been a patient for a few years and will definitely be leaving this practice. The staff is adequate, but the doctors are uncaring and Dr. Robert Romanoff is by far the worst. He shows no genuine concern for his patients and treats them more like cattle than clients. His lack of manners would be forgiveable if he was a good doctor, but he doesn't seem to have any answers for basic questions. He forces patients to assign their own treatment and throws whatever prescription or referral at them just to get them out the door with little to no explanation or diagnosis.
