Waiting time is ridiculous, they can't schedule properly.

People complain about the wait time. I look at it, that Dr. Zarcone is treating someone for some condition. I sure do appreciate her time when I am with her. After all, I am at the Dr.'s office for a reason. I don't want turn style care. The staff is always sure to let you know when you arrive if she is running late, after all, emergencies happen and I would rather sit and wait instead of being rushed to get in and out.
The entire staff is helpful and polite. They understand your frustration in waiting, but they also understand the care Dr. Zarcone is giving her patients.
