The woman who drew my blood did it so smoothly, I barely felt it; the first time I didn't faint. Their staff is friendly and didn't give me that feeling they were being fake or trying to rush me out of there. They are certainly professional. Dr. Autz is the coolest and really took his time to make sure I received the care that I needed.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me.
