They were kind of friendly, but it felt a little fake and forced to me. I wasn't very comfortable during my appointment. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.

I was their client for over 10 years and on one of my visit the receptionist asked me for my insurance information, i told her nothing had change, that I didnt have it on me and that as soon as the appointment was over I would go home and come back with the info. The receptionist and the office manager (on the phone at this point) refuse to see me and suggested for me to pay cash and then get the money from the insurance, they would not extend me the courtesy of seeing me, a patient for over 10 year ... so i took my business and the tons of insurance money I would have paid them for years to come elsewhere .... pretty dumb costumer service. Up yours care one of westbury.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

The only negative is you will wait. It is a walk-in clinic and they are so thorough that each appointment takes a lot of time, so expect to be there for a couple of hours.
