They were extremely late to one of my three appointments; I had to wait over an hour and a half one time (less than half hour for the other two). They have never postponed or canceled an appointment. Once I am in an examining room, I have never been left alone for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The doctor and physician's assistant both listened to me and made solid recommendations for treatment and/or follow-up

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
