Dr. Luthra has THE worst bedside manner of any doctor that I have interacted with. I questioned some procedures that she was providing, she mixed up my mothers history with another patient and when I asked her to pull that info up on her computer she talked circles around it. I flat out told her I felt her every 6 month follow up was a money grab and unnecessary to my mother's health care plan. Instead of de-escalating the situation, she escalated it. We terminated her service. In the reception area, she announced very loudly to the receptionist that we were not coming back because we felt that she was a money grab doctor. I told her that was unprofessional and uncalled for. She tried to retort and I shut her down by telling her to stop and drop the situation immediately. I was beyond livid. Good riddance.

They always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. . It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

From the first appointment for my mom Dr Luthra has been incredible. She is caring compassionate and respectful.And makes you feel good when you leave her office . Thank you for all you do .daughter of patient ...And her staff are caring and dedicated to what doctor Luthras needs in a quick and dedicated way.
