Dr, Klebanoff was thorough, knowledgeable and comforting during my visit. She tested every way possible and was 95% sure of what it was. She sent me for an MRI to rule out TIA (mini stroke). Her bed side manner was wonderful and I would highly recommend her.
I was in a car accident-hit my head and had numbness, tinlging etc. Ihave three kids, work 60 hours a week and she took me very seriously and helped me manage the pain, receive the necessary tests and treatments. I disagree with what other here have said.
She is hesitant to order tests and seems quick to dismiss head pain and other neurological symptoms as being 'all in your head'. I know I'm not crazy and that the sensations and pain I feel are real, and I didn't feel like I was being taken very seriously.
Basically, the title says it all. Neurological disorders are complicated and the brain is the most complex system in existance, a little more use and knowledge of modern technology and a little less assumptions and cutting the patient off and sumerising(innacurately) would be better suited for this field.
