Really wish I had read some of the online reviews before I scheduled. Now that I’ve read a handful of 1 star reviews they sound exactly like my visit.
She was incredibly formulaic and following a script and unable to adjust that apparently. Her style is reminiscent of 3rd year medical students except without any shred of empathy. She was punctual which I suppose is a plus but only because she literally rushes you out of the office the second your visit is over.
Patronizing, condescending, judgmental and inflexible. She does not explain anything you want or need to know but insists on long-winded explanations for aspects of migraine management that you already know about. I have plenty of experience with doctors who lack any semblance of a bedside manner but typically they make up for it by being brilliant clinicians- not the case here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
