I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I questioned whther his license obtained in Italy circa 1978 was legit. I have the exact same complaint as another commentor, he issued no scans of my head, he did not address my pain issues in fact negated my suffering, I am all for the 1950's approach to "ignore pain maybe it will go away" unfortunately this does not suffice. He admitted to consistently prescribing psych meds to other patients which is a warning sign of incompetence, being an experiment or given a new drug after meeting a doctor for 15 minutes with no blood tests, prior visits or series of intricated exams is not acceptable, the side effects from medications are extensive. He is not total a waste of time but save yourself the trouble, find someone who cares and believes you.

a 12-15 minute exam hardly qualifies a person to make a substantial decision, I found his techniques archaic, he was assuming and not very inquisitive I felt he did not help, made multiple visits, one diagnosis he was fairly accurate with but he failed to address other issues I am having......be careful with the front desk she is ornery and short

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. In addition, I saw Dr. Torgovnick for FOUR years I complained of pain the entire FOUR years and I was NEVER referred for a MRI or a CT scan. Because he did not refer me for scans, I will now need a very complex neuro/orthopedic surgery. His office manager is a terrorist!! She is rude, crude and obnoxious!! Those are on her "good days" and don't complain to Dr. Torgovnick about her ~ she is his wife! Also, if you are wheelchair bound you are persona non grata. The office does not comply with ADA regulations at all. If you are able to transfer to a seat with wheels [it is usually the office manager's seat] be prepared for her talking under her breath about "how ridiculous this is. This is an office and I need to work." Steer clear of this MD and this office. It is NOT worth your health.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They really put in the extra effort to make me feel like a valued and important patient here. I have never seen a more welcoming and friendly office or doctor.
