They didn't seem too happy to be helping my mother. The woman at the front desk - Bonnie - seemed to be annoyed about something. Maybe she was just having a bad year, but she could have been nicer. They are always polite and courteous, but the doctor seemed preoccupied; like he wanted to rush through the time being spent with my mother to take care of other matters. They did not seem to be using very modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They always made sure that my mother wasn't in any pain, but she is not looking forward to returning to this office.
