Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
