One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes.

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Rude staff and mean doctor, was a horrible experience.
