I am a very nervous patient. It is amazing how I was 100% at ease on the day of surgery. I was also completely satisfied with everything afterward.
Dr Dos Santos is true gem, extremely professional and personable. I have recommended her so many times that I pray she will still be available to me if I need her in the future.

A truly great doctor and surgeon and fantastic staff. Great bedside manner. Made me feel at ease instantly. Everyone took time to learn my history and evaluate my test results. Once we knew what we had to do, Dr. Lovecchio told me we'd get it done and he'd take good care of me and he did…I am blessed to have had such a wonderful surgeon, team and hospital...

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. They would not stop trying to make me take a type of medication that I knew didn't work for me. I have taken it in the past and yet they tried to push it on me relentlessly. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back. I practically jumped out of it as soon as they called my name for my appointment.

They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there.
