Doctor Biordi is the worst doctor I've ever been to. He diagnosed me with PCOS in January, and basically thought it was a big joke - so insensitive. I have been trying to get pregnant, so to hear you can't naturally conceive is a HUGE deal. I went home crying, and continued to cry until my next appointment, where he FORGOT who I was and what I was doing there. He read me test results and even told me he wasn't looking at my chart. My third appointment, same deal. He asked me if I was there to get birth control - I was there to receive fertility drugs to conceive.

Then, and here's the best part, I had a severe allergic reaction to the fertility medication, and I called the office to speak with him immediately. His HORRIBLE receptionist told me it wasn't a big deal and that she couldn't help because she "isn't a nurse" (My throat closed and I was in the ER for a total for 12 hours). Dr. Biordi's staff did call back - 6 hours ater - and told me ever so kindly that he was leaving in ten minutes and, if I didn't call back in the next few minutes, I couldn't speak to him.

Overall, I was surprised about this experience, especially since I received a glowing recommendation from a friend who has a fabulous relationship with him - very caring and attentive.

I'll never go back there.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was a patient of Dr Biordi's since age 15 he is amazing and Dr Dolisi delivered my son.....all the Doctors at this practice have my respect.....I since moved to PA and I miss them very much , esp Dr Biordi
