Dr. Chan is very approachable and helpful when you have the opportunity to meet with him. However, I am quite disappointed with my overall experience as a patient. Today I've been waiting 1.5 hours to be seen. There is a language barrier with front desk staff and medical assistants (all are of Chinese descent) which has prevented me from getting answers to important medical questions. I have not been given full explanations for the various tests and ultrasounds done. Overall I would not recommend this provider.
