I was disappointed by Dr. Kwan’s attitude and demeanor. She actually quietly scoffed at one of the questions I had and was condescending. Never had a doctor treat me like that before or since.

No, there was no annoying music

Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Mindy Kwan came highly recommended from a friend. I was greatly disappointed with both of my appointments. I am a highly educated and Dr Kwan spoke down to me, disregarded my questions, and I left the appointment in tears which has never happened in a dr appt. I decided to give Dr Kwan a second chance since she came recommended. I had a similar experience on my second appointment. She was short with me, rude, and her attitude was unacceptable.
