the dr there was really nice . even it u don't have an appt they still see you . the dr's are very patiet and very calm during surgery. they spend enough time explaining things to me . staff there are very helpful too . unlike other office they actuallly explain my ins policy to me with full details. wait time is ok . there is time when i go there and the dr have to go to the hospital and ppl have to wait but that is understandable .but some ppl just don't understand that. but its better if appt is made . overall ilove the dr's there they are great.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would advise anyone who is considering to go to this un professional place to think twice. They look down on people with medicaid managed care but suck up to people with private insurance or private pay. The staff is horrible and barely understand english. The front desk person plays like she is doctor and demands you to return so they can bill a visit otherwise you cannot get a refill on Birth control. This place should be audited immediately by all insurance groups for fraud!
